Terms of Service

By accessing or using Resin, you agree to these terms. If you use Resin on behalf of an organization or team workspace, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

Resin discovers repeated patterns across local coding agent interactions, synthesizes and evaluates candidate tools, and qualifies compiled tools for activation. Raw agent transcripts remain on your local system; only sanitized, allowlisted evidence is synchronized to the cloud service.

You are responsible for reviewing compiled tools, capability envelopes, and permission requests prior to activating or executing them. Resin provides tools and analysis to assist developer workflows, but you remain responsible for validating generated code and tool behaviors in your development and production environments.

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your access credentials, API tokens, and connected developer machines. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your personal account and workspace memberships.

Logging out or revoking credentials immediately terminates active device sessions and invalidates session tokens. Durable data deletion, data exports, and workspace transfers follow documented privacy lifecycle procedures.

You retain ownership of your code repositories, local session contents, and workspace assets. You grant Resin the limited right to host, process, and analyze sanitized evidence and tool manifests solely to provide and maintain the service for you and your designated workspace members.

When features involve AI model execution (such as tool synthesis, test generation, or evaluation), sanitized prompts and capability schemas are processed through configured model inference providers under their respective terms.

You agree not to use Resin to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party intellectual property right;
• generate or distribute malicious code, malware, or backdoors;
• interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the service;
• attempt to circumvent sandboxing, capability envelopes, or authorization checks; or
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the cloud service without written authorization.

Resin integrates with third-party tools, version control providers, AI model providers, and developer harnesses (such as Codex CLI, Claude Code CLI, and Oh My Pi). Third-party offerings are subject to their own terms and policies.

You may stop using Resin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security risks for the platform or other users, or when required by legal process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Resin nor its operators will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
